SCOPE AND CONCLUSION OF THE REQUEST

Personal Data Owner Within the scope of Article 11 of Law No. 6698;

a) Learning whether personal data is processed or not,

b) If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,

c) Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,

ç) To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,

d) Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,

e) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7,

f) Requesting notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

g) Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

ğ) In case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data, it has the right to demand the compensation of the damage.

Data controller within the scope of Article 13 of Law No. 6698;

* In written applications, the date of notification of the documents to the data controller or his representative is the application date. In applications made by other methods; The date on which the application reaches the data controller is the application date.

*The data controller accepts the application or rejects it by explaining the reason.

*The data controller notifies the relevant person in writing or electronically.

*The data controller concludes the requests in the application free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fees listed below may be charged. In case the application is caused by the fault of the data controller, the fee collected is returned to the relevant person.

*In case the request of the data subject is accepted, the request is fulfilled as soon as possible by the data controller and the data subject is informed.

*If the application of the person concerned is to be answered in writing, no fee is charged for up to ten pages. A transaction fee of 1 Turkish Lira may be charged for each page over ten pages.

* If the response to the application is given in a recording medium such as CD, flash memory, the fee that may be requested by the data controller cannot exceed the cost of the recording medium.
