Maestro is a sophisticated, high-tech ground control software developed by Z-Sistem, taking aviation, tactical missions and user needs into account. Rotary-wing, fixed-wing and VTOL aircraft can all be controlled from a single interface. Maestro aims to maximize flight safety. With its ease of use and mission-modeling methodology, defined missions are executed in the most efficient way, complementing the reliability of the aircraft used to provide situational awareness. Maestro is the management interface for the Z4 Flight Management System (FMS), Z-Station, the aircraft, the payload(s) and the RF link. It handles flight preparation of the Z4-FMS, mission execution, emergency handling, GCS and RF-Link parameter configuration, and command and control during flight. Maestro runs on a Linux operating system with Nvidia graphics acceleration and operates integrated into Z-Station.
