Our company performs the production of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and other autonomous systems in the field of Defense and Aviation.

7.Rights of Personel Data Owners Specified in Article 11 of Law No. 6698

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights through the methods set out below, the Company; According to the nature of the request, it will conclude the request as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest.

In this context, personal data owners;

-Learning whether personal data is processed or not,

-If personal data has been processed, requesting a document regarding this,

-Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,

-Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made in this context to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

-Demanding the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring it to be processed disappear, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and to notify the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

-In case of loss of personal data due to unlawful processing, it has the right to demand the compensation of the damage.
